Yoga classes offered for teens

Yoga has long been known to help people manage stress and anxiety as well as improve health and increase concentration. Now, these benefits are available to teens thanks to yoga classes being offered on Sundays at 3 p.m. at Moksha Yoga studio in N.D.G.

The class consists of an hour and a half of postures, relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to help teens better manage their lives. Although this is mainly a yoga studio where classes are conducted in hot rooms, the one for teens is kept at a regular temperature.
