Come discover new techniques to protect yourself at a free women’s self-defense workshop presented by the Culture and Leisure Department of Beaconsfield on November 19, 2012.

It is being held in conjunction with George Manoli Inc., consultants who have been offering karate, jiu-jitsu, self-defense and anti-bullying workshops and classes since 1982. They will be teaching ways to assert yourself and fight back when necessary.

This event is for women ages 13 years and up and will take place from 7:30 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. at the Beaconsfield Recreational Centre, 1974 City Lane, Beaconsfield.
