Warehouse offers nerf battles, bubble soccer and more
Need an idea for your child’s birthday party? Look no further than the Ministry of Cricket and Other Homeless Sports warehouse, located across from Marché Central in Montreal.
The warehouse already offers tons of unique sports for kids (like quidditch for Harry Potter fans) and the new Hunger Games-style nerf battles and bubble soccer activities are sure to be a hit.
Nerf battles, for children aged 6 and up, can be played in groups of up to 30 people at a time. Players are supplied with protective gear, weaponry and 1,000 foam pellets. Battles last up to one hour, with four- to eight-minute rounds. Each round has a different objective, and includes themes like Terminator: Judgment Day, The Matrix: Reloaded, The Walking Dead and more.
Other activities available at the warehouse include combat archery, escape rooms, batting cages and the newly-introduced bubble soccer.
Bubble soccer is also offered in 60-minute sessions, and participants can play different games like British Bulldogs, Capture the Flag, Last Man Standing, penalty shootouts, or traditional bubble soccer.
Nerf battle packages start at $199, bubble soccer packages start at $299 and birthday packages start at $210. Costs vary depending on age and size of group. For more information, visit ministryofcricket.ca.
