The West Island Jewish Community Centre will host a workshop on child sleep issues with sleep consultant Tracy Braunstein on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 10:30 a.m.

Braunstein says the workshop will cover issues that affect children from infants up to school age.

“I try to give as much information as I can that will be geared to all age groups, a lot of the rules apply to all ages,” Braunstein said, “as well as specialized tips geared to specific ages.”

There will also be a question and answer session.

The workshop costs $30.

The centre is located at 13101 Gouin Blvd. in Pierrefonds.
