The Aquatic Complex
The ideal place to cool off on a hot summer day! With its recreational pool, heated as soon as the weather warms up, the Aquatic Complex is sure to satisfy all swimmers, whether you’re looking for a leisurely dip or a long swim. What’s more, a universally accessible water play area allows everyone to cool off in a fun and safe way. Many activities are planned for this summer, including Aqua Zumba, Family Sundays, La Tournée dans l’eau, etc.

Jean-Doré Beach
The Jean-Doré Beach is the place to be for sunbathing on a beautiful beach with exceptional water quality. Looking for some fun? Challenge yourself in the Aquazilla, a giant inflatable structure that will put your skills to the test, or head to the Nautical Activities Pavilion to rent a boat of your choice (canoe, kayak, pedal boat or SUP). You can also play a friendly game of beach volleyball or borrow games from Décathlon.

Citizen activities at the Hélène-de-Champlain rose garden
The Park offers free citizen activities all summer long at the Hélène-de-Champlain rose garden. With its diversified program, you can take part in workshops that will allow you to learn more about different subjects in a fun, creative and educational way! On the menu: outdoor yoga classes, beekeeping and beehive tours, insect shelter making, outdoor watercolour painting, historical discoveries and much more!
