Katkaland Creatures will be on sale at the Salon Cadeau.
With the weather looking yucky this weekend, you might be interested in a Montreal craft and gift fair called the Salon du Cadeau Thématique, which has some fun kids’ activities on the agenda this weekend. The event has a medieval theme, with various groups performing and offering workshops.
The fair starts today at 5 p.m., running through Sunday. Weekend hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. The event has some interesting vendors, including those selling (non-medieval) children’s products, like Katkaland Creatures (see above) and Dead Dolls Clothing.
If you look at the schedule on the Salon du Cadeau Thématique site, you’ll see that there are juggling demonstrations, musical performers Skarazula, along with other shows and workshops that may be of interest to children age four and up.
