The documentary Babies, which opens today, looks fascinating. It’s a portrait of four babies from around the world (Namibia, Mongolia, the U.S. and Japan) from birth through their first year of life. There are no subtitles in the movie; reviews say that the footage speaks for itself.
You may be wondering if it’s a good learning experience for the kids. According to Common Sense Media, which reviews movies from a parent’s point of view, it will definitely be of interest to kids age 7 and up.
