S.Au.S., an organization that offers programs for children and families living with autism, will have its fifth annual fundraising run/walk on Sunday, April 28, 2013 in Candiac.

Money raised supports the groups’ programs, including music therapy, art therapy, soccer and family swimming, as well as its iPad program that donates iPads to schools.

The event includes a 5-kilometre run and 3- and 5-kilometre walks that start at 9 a.m., as well as a 1-kilometre kiddie run that will start at 10:15 a.m. Registration is $20 for adults, free for children.

The run takes place at Champlain Park, 30 Haendel Rd. in Candiac.

There will also be inflatable games and face painting, and radio personalities Cat Spencer “the Beat” and Francois Fortin from CKOI will be there.
