Preschoolers can get outside, meet new friends and get to know barnyard animals at a new monthly play date program offered at Quinn Farm.
Starting March 21, preschoolers and their parents can go to the farm once a month for a two-hour play date from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. There will be activity stations, arts and crafts, a visit to the animal barn and lots of free play outside.
At the farm, kids will find an outdoor play yard with a mini-maze, tire pyramid, slide, a straw castle and lots of room to run around. There will also be storytimes featuring books about animals, nature or farming. A homemade muffin and apple juice will be provided for the kids at snack time — along with coffee for parents. The program will be in English.
Play dates will also be held April 18 and May 16. Admission is $10 per child, which includes the snack and all craft materials as well as admission to the farm. Adult admission is $5, which includes coffee. For season pass holders, admission is $5 per child, and adults are free. Registration is required.
Quinn Farm is located at 2495 Perrot Blvd. in Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot.
