Children’s retail store, Nid de la Cicogne, has opened a second location on Monkland Ave. in N.D.G.

Nahani Grenier, together with Ingrid Wilken, opened the original store on St. Viateur St. seven years ago after she had a hard time finding natural baby products for her newborn.

Their store specializes in selling fair trade products that are natural and organic for infants and kids up to the age of 10. The children’s clothes and underwear are made from merino wool, organic cotton and silk. They also sell toys, baby accessories, shoes and natural care products.

The store is located at 6054 Monkland Ave., and it is open Tuesday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
