If your child loves basketball or is just a general sports enthusiast, Lerry Williams Training is a new organization offering basketball courses as well as other sports programs in N.D.G., Cote St. Luc and Westmount.

Although its main focus is on basketball, the programs teach skills that can be used in other sports. Kids will learn all about technique, flexibility, strength, nutrition and more.

Aimed at boys and girls 9 to 18, some of the classes teach the fundamentals of basketball and soccer together.  The organization also offers training camps, scouting services, sports clinics etc.

There is a parent-and-tot playground for children ages 18 months and up so children can start enjoying sports at a young age.  The classes take place at 3770 Decarie Blvd. in N.D.G.
