There comes a point in every child’s life when they utter the words “When I grow up I want to be a…”
Geared to kids between 2 and 8, the Musée pour Enfants de Laval is all about introducing children to the world of work and letting them explore the different career opportunities the world has to offer.
Through educational and interactive workshops, kids will get to put on different hats as they try out various trades and professions. They can get into a fire truck, turn on the lights and slide down a pole like firefighters do, learn to work the cash register like the cashiers at the grocery store, live like a farmer and milk cows or sit behind a desk and in front of a camera and read the day’s headlines like a news anchor. The museum also has a trunk full of costumes so kids can act out their imagined future professions if they’re feeling inspired.
Private rooms are available for birthday parties and other events.
