Laser tag is a new activity at Skytag

The West Island-based trampoline park Skytag has added a new fun activity for kids – laser tag.  The company has designated a two-storey, 7,000-square-foot arena for the new game, which involves players trying to score points by “tagging” each other with infrared devices. Teams of up to 20 people will compete to eliminate their opponents in the dimly lit space, which has ramps and other obstacles lit with fluorescent lighting. Monitors will be on hand to enforce rules and ensure safe behaviour.

Each session comprises four, six-minute games, totalling about 45 minutes when breaks and preparation are factored in. Sessions cost $18 each.

Although there is no age limit, children have to be at least 3.5 feet tall and able to hold the equipment.

SkyTag also offers birthday parties with laser tag, trampoline and dodgeball.  It is located at 77 Brunswick Blvd. in D.D.O.
