Huge water slide coming back to town

Slide the City will be open to the public at the Olympic Park on August 13

If you’re looking for a way to beat the heat but can’t make it out to the beach, there’s a way you can cool down right in the heart of Montreal.

On Aug.13, Slide the City will once again be setting up a 305 ft. slip’n’slide at the Olympic Park for one day only. Different admission packages are available according to how many times you wish to slide. Kids must be over the age of 5 and at least 46 inches tall. Along with all the slippery fun, there will also be food, refreshments, music and other live entertainment.

There won’t be any lockers to store your things, so if you want to snap a few photos during the day, make sure your camera or your phone is in a waterproof case.
