At La Ronde, the featured new ride scheduled to open later this season will be the Aqua Twist, a water ride featuring boats for six passengers, each of whom gets a water pistol, so there’ll be lots of opportunities to get soaked. It’s a family-themed ride and will have a 36-inch height minimum.
La Ronde will open for weekends beginning on the holiday weekend, Saturday, May 18, 2013.
Starting in early June it will gradually increase the number of days and hours it operates.

Granby Zoo is planning its reopening for Saturday, May 25, 2013. At that time, both the zoo and waterpark are scheduled to be open.
Early season hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and extended summer hours will begin on June 22.
This year there will be a new red panda habitat, and the lorikeets, a breed of small, colourful parrot, have a new outdoor aviary.

Parc Safari is looking for volunteers 13 and older for a May 11, 2013 spring clean up in advance of its opening scheduled for Friday, May 17.
The park will open weekends in May then on weekdays in June.
