In light of this week's tragic drowning of a 16-month-old girl in Kirkland, a free Childhood Injury Prevention Workshop for parents is being offered by Stacy Baker, a Registered Nurse from the Montreal Children's Hospital Emergency Room. 

The one-hour workshop will address issues such as drowning, poisonings, falls, traumas etc. Donations (no amount is too small) will be collected for the Montreal Children's Hospital. 

When: Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 10 a.m. (Rain date: Tuesday July 17)

Where: Centennial Park In Beaconsfield (288 Beaconsfield Blvd – between St. Charles and Woodland).
