Fort Angrignon in Lasalle, a popular place for kids' birthday parties with mazes, rock climbing and obstacle courses, is facing an unexpected rent increase and may have to close its doors. Starting in January 2012, the City of Montreal is asking the Fort to pay rent on the space. The non-profit organization that runs the Fort's programs says it needs time to figure out how to cover these new costs, and would like to hold the payments off until June 2012.  The organization wants to avoid having to raise the admission fees to keep the activities accessible to all. Sign the petition if you want to help keep Fort Angrignon open.
