Public Works Day (Pointe-Claire)

Come discover the fascinating world of the Public Works Department. This fun day, for children and adults alike, takes place as part of National Public Works Week.

Everyone will be able to take advantage of the numerous activities offered throughout the day by various municipal teams. The road team will present the several vehicles used during operation. You will have the chance to sit in these machines and see for yourself the many blind spots found in these large vehicles. A waterworks repair workshop will also allow you to see our teams at work.

Children will be able to take advantage of a DIY workshop, take part in an apprentice circuit, play in an inflatable game, and have their face painted. They will also be able to showcase their ability to mark the street using chalk and the stencils operated by Public Works.

Food kiosks will be on site for the event. Take the opportunity to picnic with your family.
