FreeCome and take an introduction to parkour in a park. This acrobatic sports discipline consists of crossing urban or natural obstacles by making quick and agile movements, without the aid of equipment.
Examples of parkour moves:
- running
- jumps
- climbing gestures
- balanced movements
Parkour, a spontaneous physical activity, allows us to see the urban world with new eyes.
