The Krembil Research Institute at UHN will be hosting a virtual event on February 10th from 10-11am ET in support and recognition of International Day of Women and Girls in Science. This is a free public education event geared to middle school, high school and early university age students of all backgrounds & affiliations.
Students will hear from highly accomplished scientists and clinicians, who will discuss their current research projects and what it’s really like to be a scientist, as well as what inspired them to enter the fields of brain, vision and arthritis research. Our moderator is beloved CBC broadcaster, Mary Ito.
