Agence Ometz is putting on a FREE workshop for parents called "Anxiety and Change" on November 29, 2012. It will teach parents how to better prepare and deal with the anxiety that affects adults and children. The workshop will offer strategies to help tackle issues such as separation anxiety, sleep issues, social media overload, divorce and trauma.

Ometz is a non-profit community organization that supports and strengthens individuals and families by offering employment, immigration and social services.
