Cirque du Soleil offers new show for the holidays

Want something to do with your kids while they’re home for the holidays? Look no further than Cirque du Soleil‘s show AXEL.

From Dec. 19-29, Cirque du Soleil AXEL will hit the ice at the Bell Centre. The story is about a boy named Axel who falls in love with the enchanting Lei and embarks on a journey to find himself and realize his potential.

Passionate about music and graphic arts, Axel, with the help of Lei, sets out on an adventure to find Vi, a mystical character, to take back a stolen light. During his journey through imaginative worlds, Axel tries to find his voice, and himself.

The show features acrobatic ice-skating, live music, graphics and projections. Tickets are on sale now and range from $50 to $167.75.
