Car show raises money for Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation

KARZ 4 KIDZ: bringing the community together for a great cause

In 2010, siblings Michael & Alexandria Tremis were inspired by 14-year-old Christopher Fonseca to make a difference after the teen succumbed to brain cancer at the age of 17.

“He is why Michael and I started KARZ 4 KIDZ (a car show fundraiser) and why we continue to hold this event every year – for Christopher and for other kids like him,” Alexandria says.

Since its debut, the event has raised more than $50,000 for the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation. This year, they continue their mission to help sick children. The seventh edition of KARZ 4 KIDZ will exhibit a variety of luxurious and exotic cars including some of today’s hottest rides as well as classics from the 1960s, 70s, 80s and 90s. In addition to the beautiful cars, food, prizes, and music will be available at the event.

The car show takes place July 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Canadian Tire in Kirkland. Admission is free, but donations are requested.
