Freddi French, a local teacher and musician, has released a new book entitled Millie the Mouth for ages 2 to 8. It tells the delightful story of Millie, a hungry mouse who pays a visit to twins who are stuck inside due to the cold. To satisfy her appetite, Millie suggests she and twins cook up something special, which results in some silly antics. Readers will be entertained by Millie’s peculiar tastes in food and her unquenchable desire for more things to eat. The story is told completely in rhyming verse giving it a lyrical flow that children will enjoy.
