Description

Kids are invited to make, bake and eat sourdough bread using a time-honoured Nouvelle-France recipe. Churn the butter, break up the sugar, knead the dough and have a taste of the delicious brioche you made.

This activity is included in the museum admission price.

December 2-3, 9-10, 16-17, 26-30 and January 2-7
