Get smart about children's health
The Montreal Children’s Hospital is offering a series of five lectures, called Mini-Med School, on topics in pediatric care and children’s diseases.
The talks are given by professors and researchers from The Montreal Children's Hospital and the McGill Faculty of Medicine.
This year's topics include bipolar disorder in children and teens, brain tumours and advances in pediatric surgery.
The Mini-Med School is held Tuesday evenings on October 9, 16, 23, 30, and November 6 at the Forbes-Cushing Amphitheatre, 2300 Tupper St., Montreal. The talks go from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The lecture series costs $65 for adults, and $45 for seniors and full-time students.
