A workshop about children's dental health

Taking good care of your children’s teeth isn’t as easy as it sounds.

What if a toddler screams every time you hold up the toothbrush? And when do you start taking kids to see the dentist?

Questions like these will be addressed at a free seminars, held on June 7 and 8, hosted by Dr. Melissa Villafranca, an assistant professor at McGill University’s Faculty of Dentistry.

She will discuss proper home care for children’s teeth and gums at each stage of development and address issues like scheduling the first visit to the dentist.

The seminars, geared toward parents of children ages 0-6, will be offered a total of four times: first on June 7 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and then from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and on June 8 at the same times.

The seminars takes place at 4880 Sherbrooke St. W., Suite 150, Montreal.
