PrintFamily event honours dads

To honour the important role fathers play in family life, several local organizations have teamed up to create a Father's Day Celebration on June 16, 2012 at George St. Pierre Park in N.D.G.
There will be activities and entertainment, including giant inflatables and a music show by the Noisy Birds. There will also be contests and chances to win prizes. The event, which is open to the general public, runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, call (514) 872-1765.
The park is located at on Upper Lachine Rd. (near Vendome metro). In case of rain, activities will be moved indoors to the St. Raymond Centre beside the park.
