New kids festival coming to the Old Port
This five-day festival will include face-painting, balloon animals, and bouncy castles, as well as photo booths and virtual reality demonstrations
A new festival specifically geared for families is coming to the Old Port this July, with children’s entertainers, street food and local vendors with products for kids and parents.
The five-day festival is being hosted by Fondation A Kid's World and will include face-painting, balloon animals, and bouncy castles, as well as photo booths and virtual reality demonstrations. There will be live entertainment, including a performance by Montreal teen pop star Jaden Chase, choir performances and hip hop productions.
Numerous food vendors wil be selling burgers, poutine, ice cream, and cotton candy. There will even be a children’s bar offering colourful, non-alcoholic cocktails for kids.
For parents, there will be numerous booths offering a variety of family-oriented gear and services like insurance, daycare services, and children’s products.
This free festival will take place at the Clock Tower Pier in the Old Port of Montreal from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m., July 18 to 22.
