Centre MDC /CogniRoutes offers programs, assessments and individual counselling for children, teens and adults.

Programs currently available:

- CogniRoutes Brain Fitness Programs for children, teens, adults & seniors with identified or suspected weaknesses in social skills, emotional regulation, attention & memory skills, executive functionability and/or problem solving strategies.

- Social Skills Group for children and adolescents who are shy, withdrawn, asocial and/or have ADHD, learning or developmental disorders, or behavioural difficulties.

-Adolescents with ADHD and/or Learning Disorders (10 week program)

- Assertiveness Training for children, teens & adults

-Anger Management for children, teens & adults

- Parent Education & Support Groups

Individual cognitive behavioural therapy sessions with Dr. Harriet Greenstone, designed to help children and adolescents deal with a range of problems including anger, anxiety, depression, social skills, self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, etc.
