Cosmodome museum in Laval

If you have a budding astronaut on your hands, the Cosmodome is the museum to bring them to.

Laval’s Cosmodome is a hub for all things astronautical and is the premier museum in Canada to learn about space science and exploration. In addition to a large collection of artifacts in its permanent exhibition, the centre introduced an interactive component to its program in 2011.

Visitors can experience three virtual missions where they become a space exploration hero. Each mission is an hour long and explores a theme, such as the solar system, time travel, or the challenges of getting to Mars. The centre also has a Space Camp where those between the ages of 9 to 15 can get the full astronaut experience with access to four NASA-inspired training simulators.
